what we do
about us
Our goal at Parrots Haven Rescue and Sanctuary is to help parrots and parronts thrive.
We aim to prevent situations where parrots are surrendered due to lack of proper attention or understanding.
We strive to help people keep their bird family together; when that isn’t an option we will place surrendered birds in suitable homes.
Any bird that cannot be placed in a suitable home due to health or behavioral issues will stay at Parrots Haven in good care for the remainder of its life.

We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome parrots in need, while also educating the public on parrot care and working to keep families together.
We provide a safe, caring environment for birds that can no longer be cared for by their owners.
We offer information and advice to the public on proper parrot care and husbandry to help owners keep their birds healthy.
We work with the community to raise awareness about parrot issues and help reunite lost birds with their owners.
We provide and promote advice and education on proper avian care and welfare for new and current bird owners as well as for the general public.
it’s the least we can do for our amazing companions that were born and raised in captivity and won’t survive if let free
Our job is to provide a
life for birds as close as possible as they’d have if they were in the wild.
